Purchasing Process

What is the process for purchasing a property?

  1. Create an Account This will give you immediate notification of new inventory and investment opportunities (follow the link and fill in the information- this will notify you of new and sold inventory.)
  2. Keep an eye on our inventory of homes. Discount Property Wholesalers will notify you instantly via e-mail of any changes to our inventory daily as new ones come available and as others sell.
  3. Do your due diligence on each property. We offer you general info all based upon county records,old listings comments, etc. but it is up to you to know what you’re purchasing. All our properties are sold “AS IS”. All Due Diligence is the responsibility of the buyer. Seller does not warranty or guarantee any information on properties listed. Variances may happen.
  4. Get Prequalified – Fill out our Investor Survey Or contact a Sales Associate to get you qualified. (We do require proof of funds or financing letter from private lender before you are considered approved to purchase our inventory)

Your ready to buy so how do you submit your offer – Follow One of these two ways to submit your offer:

  1. Download Our Contract
  2. Email your offer to Sales@dpw503.com
  3. Deposit Your Earnest MoneyYou must put down a minimum deposit of $5,000.00 of earnest money for your offer and contract to be complete. Once we receive your earnest money deposit we will acknowledge and execute the contract for sale. We take each and every offer seriously and operate on a first come first serve basis. We will continue to market each property until we have a commitment from a buyer in the form of a certified cashiers check for $5,000.00 or more as earnest money in our hands. All offers are subject to Prior Sales and Withdrawals.
  4. Close the transaction Once you have a fully executed contract we will meet you in person or at one of our preferred title/escrow companies to finalize the sale.

Or:

  1. Contact a Sales Associate and let them know that you would like to purchase a property. They will get you qualified, and walk you through the rest of the steps. We will continue to market each property until we have a commitment from a buyer in the form of a certified cashiers check for $3,000.00 or more as earnest money in our hands. We will acknowledge and execute the earnest money contract at this time. All offers are subject to Prior Sales and Withdrawals.
  2. Close the transaction Once you have a fully executed contract we will meet you in person or at one of our preferred title/escrow companies to finalize the sale.
